Pesto volcano.
A typical pesto from the Vulcano Island, from Aeolian Islands. Its “biting” taste tells us about of the character of the island. In fact the sardines, the parsley, the garlic and the oil come vulcanized by abundant and explosive chilly that tell us about the deep lavas that characterize the Aeolian archipelago nature.
